I rolled my cakes different then most, creating one giant roll of diapers, held together by medical tape. I then decorated with useful items (travel size shampoo, teething toys, spoons, etc.) and then topped with a cute stuffed animal. All cakes were made to match either the baby shower theme or the nursery theme the parents had created.
