you do the original, by putting all the baby items on a tray and covering it but the twist is the person or host that is going to be carrying the tray around needs to before she does that go in another room and put on a few accessories...head band, rings, necklace, bracelet any thing you can think of. then after the person has gone around the room showing the people the tray of baby stuff they take it out of the room and another person says ok are you ready now tell me everything the person who was carrying the tray had on it completely throws them off because they was worried about what was on the tray :)
