Thanks so much to Alicia and her awesome diaper cake ideas and photo! Love the theme too...it’s a fun, unique boy theme for a diaper cake. Alicia is paying it forward!!

Alicia’s Comments:
This is my second diaper cake. My brother in law doesnt like any sports so we had to go strictly non sports so we went construction theme. I used size two diapers on the bottom layer and the second lay and size ones on the tops layer. I used roses made out of baby washcloths and held on by baby spoons. I used alphabet blocks to spell out the babies name and baby squishy toys for the topper. I also put a can of formula in the middle so I wouldn't have to use as many diapers.
