Brayden's Diaper Cake

by Debbie

If I were given this diaper cake at a baby shower, I would be thrilled! This is such a cute cake and the monkey topper is darling. I love the lace at the bottom of the cake. Precious!

Debbie has added her diaper cake to our fabulous diaper cake gallery, which is created 100% with our readers photos and ideas. Thanks so much Debbie for paying it forward with your adorable diaper cake!

Debbie's Comments:
I just used the original directions to make the cake, except that I used 2 8oz. bottles, instead of baby lotion and a four oz. bottle. I also used 1/8" ribbon for the outside ring of the diaper cake, instead of 1/4" ribbon. My daughter-in-law's colors are aqua and brown, so I just improvised. This is the first one I have ever made. My husband thought it was really cute. I hope all of you do too! lol! I do have to say that I really enjoyed doing it, and hope I get better in the future!

Your first cake? Brilliant !
by: Caroline

That cake is amazing! I am going to try making one myself as I would like to start a small business doing this as these "nappy Cakes" as we call them in the U.K. are very popular.
Thanks for the step by step guide.

I love your cake! I'm making my first, and I admit I am a little nervous! Yours can be my guide! Thanks for sharing!
