Personally I think this game is great fun, but my sister was very self conscious about her belly and told me ahead of time that there was no way she wanted to do this game. Just make sure you ask the mommy or know her well enough before you pull this game out. It's a quick and easy game that doesn't require lots of prep, but if you have a hesitant guest of honor it might not be all that fun.
